Challenge

Finding trustworthy, available carers quickly is a recurring challenge for healthcare providers and individuals alike. MyWorkMode aims to bridge this gap with a platform that offers verified carers, real-time availability, and seamless booking – while ensuring user anonymity and data security.

Solution

We collaborated with the MyWorkMode team from discovery to deployment, defining user flows, designing a warm and intuitive UX, and developing a full-stack solution using Symfony and React. Key features included map-based search with custom filters, secure user profiles, a token-based booking/payment system, and privacy controls. Our team also led branding and visual design efforts, creating a distinct identity that communicates care, trust, and locality.
